The salesman Egan was awesome. We ended up with a lightly used Sienna without any pressure at all. Once we decided on that vehicle the rest of the process was handled by the finance manager, Gina who made the entire process fast and easy. She explained all of the different line items in detail and made the financing process along with our trade in seamless. Wish I could leave 10 out of 5 stars. Than you Egan and Gina! Egan was professional and thoughtful with our time. He was a pleasure to work with and got us into a safe family vehicle. While the above is still true, Greentree Toyota had agreed to order floor mats for the car we purchased as they were missing. 6 weeks later and no floor mats. They are now saying that they never ordered them and are not going to do so. Lesson learned- walk out with everything right then and there. More
