Overall I have been happy with Joyce Honda. I was introduced to the company by Jennifer San Roman who has a relative on her husbands side in the sales department. The only thing I find an annoyance is the fact that employees in the same company don't appear to communicate with each other. I was getting notices wanting me to trade in my car for 2 years after I had already traded it in to this dealership. Two weeks after I accepted a deal to trade in my CRV I got a letter from the sales department offering me $2,000 more for my trade in than I actually got. It's not like this agency has hundreds of employees. When sales goes to contract on a trade in all deals being mailed to trade in prospects should cease. When a car is traded in it should be immediately noted that I no longer own that car. Simple book keeping. More

My new car was delivered with a part missing. Trey did not walk me around the car when I picked it up and I felt I was rushed once he had my money.
