Ed gave me a tech review of my Q5 yesterday and it was FANTASCIC!!! If I could give him a 10 of 10 rating I would - 5 is not high enough. His level of detail and thorough explanations gave me a good un FANTASCIC!!! If I could give him a 10 of 10 rating I would - 5 is not high enough. His level of detail and thorough explanations gave me a good understanding of the operation of my vehicle. He also helped me configure the menu options so that my car is set up the way I need it to be. One example was setting the car to that only the driver's door opens when I enter the car. I came with a list of questions and he answered them all and then some. He spent over an hour plus with me and never made me feel rushed. I could go on and on about how great he was. I recently bought a 2021 A6 from a local dealership; the sales team were unable to provide me more detailed information about the vehicle. I took the vehicle to the dealership and the staff in the service d sales team were unable to provide me more detailed information about the vehicle. I took the vehicle to the dealership and the staff in the service department greeted me and explained to me that I would have to wait for Mr. Edward White, who is their Subject Matter Expert on explaining all of the features and answer any other my questions. When I was introduced to Mr. White he explained he was helping someone right now, but I am next. When Mr. White returned to help me. He started to ask questions about me with the intent of making me feel that he was genuinely here to help me tp his fullest. In our conversation Mr. White welcome me to the Audi Family. He helped me access my key in order to establish my login on the MMI. in our conversations Mr. White asked me several questions to better understand me and my desires. In doing so he was able to provide assistance in setting up key features in the my vehicle to put me at ease. You can see and feel the enjoyment in Mr. White as he can see my excitement as he identified more and more features of the A6. As I drove off from the dealership I felt pleased and well informed. Even though I did not purchase the Audi from this dealership, the staff made me feel welcomed. Mr. White Customer Service was exceptional and made feel like I can receive that same comfort as I continue to return to the dealership for any questions or services. Bought a 2025 Q7 here and chose Atanas as my sales person due to his 5 star rating. He was nice and cordial during the buying process but after purchasing my vehicle he's not helpful anymore. Made an appoint due to his 5 star rating. He was nice and cordial during the buying process but after purchasing my vehicle he's not helpful anymore. Made an appointment to show me how the features on this vehicle works but when I came, he passed me on to his other colleague instead, I was told that he got another customer to tend to. Also, the new vehicle has a squeaking rear passenger door, I told his colleague about it and to Atanas as well, they said they will get back to me but up to now, haven't heard anything from them. I'm very disappointed with whole thing, should have brought my business elsewhere. More
