Braman Honda Service Department has a clear policy of dishonesty with their customers. People should be aware. I sent a message to the head of service this morning and did not hear back. I'm making dishonesty with their customers. People should be aware. I sent a message to the head of service this morning and did not hear back. I'm making good on my promise to post this to every review site I can find, and I've contacted Honda corporate about the dealership undermining of the Honda brand. Here is the message: I do not want a technician getting back to me. Anyone less than the head of your service department is unacceptable. I cannot begin to describe how disappointed I am with my experience at Braman this morning. I showed up with my 2025 Hybrid CRV for a schedule appointment for two recalls. After waiting 45 minutes to check in I was told that you "ran out of parts" for one of the recalls. I left. This reflect VERY poorly on you, and shoots your reputation in the foot pretty seriously. This is the second time this has happened. My problem is NOT that you don't have the part. My problem is the blatant lies and dishonesty. I was told exactly the same thing in December. Here's my problem. Honda has very publicly admitted there was a shortage of these parts in December, but would be fixed in January. I specifically asked whether the part would be available when I rescheduled for January, and was told YES by the scheduler. Lie #1. This morning I was told you ran out of the parts. Lie #2. This is 2025. I know darned well that you have an inventory management system that assigns parts to appointments. You knew ahead of time that parts didn't align with appointments, and you should have taken action to inform customers and give the option to reschedule rather than wasting my time this morning. So from my perspective, this is terrible customer service and a policy of lying to customers. If it had been once, you could blame the service manager. Since it was twice with the identical lie from two different service managers, it is clear that it is your policy to lie to customers. How can you possibly be trusted to care for my vehicle when you've been caught in egregious dishonesty. Given the auto service industry is already suspect, I'm shocked that your policies would perpetuate that. Here's what I expect. I expect a call from the head of your service department for resolution prior to the end of the day. If I don't get that, I will be posting these facts on every review site I can find, and will be contacting Honda corporate about how Honda's reputation is at risk due to a proven policy of lying to customers. Just to be clear, I'm not faulting you about not having the part. I'm faulting you for lack of proactive opportunity to reschedule and your blatant dishonesty about it. More

From the moment I arrived, it was evident that the team had taken the time to read my notes and understand my needs as a customer. This level of preparation truly made me feel valued. Ahmad, my sales representative, was particularly impressive. He was respectful, polite, and incredibly patient throughout the entire process. His knowledge of the vehicles was apparent, and I appreciated that he didn’t come across as pushy—something that I value immensely as a long-term customer of Honda. It’s refreshing to work with someone who genuinely wants to help rather than simply make a sale. As someone who often changes vehicles, I have had my share of experiences at different dealerships, but my most recent visit to Braman Honda was one of the best. Ahmad took the time to listen to my preferences and worked diligently to find options that met my requirements. I left feeling confident about my choice and grateful for the exceptional service I received. I highly recommend Braman Honda to anyone in the market for a vehicle. Their commitment to customer satisfaction and their knowledgeable staff make all the difference! More
