I came to Bob Ferrando service department with some major truck problems. Arlen has been nothing but helpful and patient through the entire process of a crooked warranty company denying a claim and the list truck problems. I will never use another mechanic or service department as Arlen and his crew are top notch mechanics and stand up guys. Thankful for them in many ways. More
