I bought a beautiful car from them, and when I took it for a test drive, the alignment was out. It pulled clear to the right. They said they would take care of it for me. When I took it to the Ford dealer for a test drive, the alignment was out. It pulled clear to the right. They said they would take care of it for me. When I took it to the Ford dealership that was close to me Instead of back to them an hour away, they said that the toe links were loose and needed fixed so that the alignment would not go out again. When I called them to ask them about getting this part fixed also, they said no they would not pay for that because I was buying a used car, and it passed their inspection already. Although they did agree that they would take care of the alignment part. So sad that they would not sell me a car in good working order to begin with. I will never go back to them again! Buyers beware if there is something wrong with your car, make sure that it is fixed before you drive away because they will not cover all of it. Sorry, we are not all mechanics and know everything that’s wrong with a vehicle without having a mechanic look at it even though they said that their mechanic looked at it! Obviously, their mechanic doesn’t know anything! I would never have Bob Fernando Ford in Girard work on any vehicle of mine if their mechanic can’t pick up on a problem like this! More

This is my 4th year of service work at Bob Ferrando Ford. Their bathrooms and waiting room is extremely clean and stocked with coffee and snacks. Service advisors Arlen & Collin have a vast knowledge of Ford products and have answered all of my questions concerning the service I was having done. Walt Bretherton rebuilt the transmission in my truck and it shifts flawlessly. Quick Lube service is always great and completed in a timely manner. Ed Cooley, General Manager, offered me more for my trade than any other dealership. They are not the closest Ford dealer to me so I travel a ways to get quality service. Give them a try and compare for yourself. More
