I visited this dealership as part of the Kelly Blue Book Instant Cash Offer program. Upon submission of my information to KBB I was contacted by the dealership so I scheduled an appointment and visited. Thi Instant Cash Offer program. Upon submission of my information to KBB I was contacted by the dealership so I scheduled an appointment and visited. This is where the poor experience began. Upon arrival I was asked for contact information that had already been provided as part of the KBB process and again when I scheduled the appointment. This theme continued when I was assigned to a consultant who asked for mileage and VIN information, which again had already been provided. After a cursory view of my vehicle by the consultant and manager, they returned with a price that was thousands lower than the KBB price. I asked why the discrepancy and I was given a number of reasons that were direct contradictions to the process in an effort to justify the much lower offer. Things such as miles and potential sales area. Contradictory since miles and zip code are part of the KBB process. They were not interested in my car, which is fine, but instead of being transparent they fabricated reasons for the low offer on top of an inefficient and redundant process. More
