If I had to use one word to describe my experience with this dealer it would be Outstanding!!! My circumstances are a little different since I am from out of state but I am amazed how exceptionally well I was treated by Joe & Eddie even though my car will not be serviced there or that I might not be a returning customer (I'm willing to bet that won't happen). This is my 31st car purchase and my 9th BMW and this has been one of, if not the best car buying experiences in the 58 years that I have been buying cars.
