My experience with the service group especially Eduardo Fuentes has always been fantastic. I have been dealing with Braman BMW since 2001. I have had the same service manager for all of my 6 BMWs. 2 I still own. If ever there was a problem with the car, I was able to reach Eduardo Fuentes by had the same service manager for all of my 6 BMWs. 2 I still own. If ever there was a problem with the car, I was able to reach Eduardo Fuentes by phone, even on a Sunday evening. It was nice to know when the BMW sos people have to tow the car into the dealer, I have someone who is already aware of the problem I was having. He always went out of his way to make sure I had a BMW loaner.....very important when you own them. Always made sure all repairs were done in a timely manner. If they had to order parts and the car would take a little longer, he would inform me right away to make sure I wasn't going to be inconvenienced. If I was going on a long trip through the states, he always checked and or topped up the fluids, air pressure in the tires and wipers. If he ever leaves Braman for another dealer..I may have to follow him. I would also like to add that Vince Cerone, was accessable and listened to a problem I had with one of my cars nine years ago. He dealt with the situation in a way that made me come back and purchase other BMW's. Thank you for allowing me to voice my opinion. Donna McDonald More
