I have been a long time customer here but I was assigned to Edson for the first time. I had an appointment at 9:30am and indicated I had an AC issue. It was Candice who greeted me. After waiting for an ho to Edson for the first time. I had an appointment at 9:30am and indicated I had an AC issue. It was Candice who greeted me. After waiting for an hour and a half I checked in to see whether they knew what was wrong. At that point I still didn’t know who Edson was so Candice was nice enough to help me follow up. She indicated that the car hasn’t been checked but was in the queue. After about another hour I checked back again and waited at the counter. I was clearly the only one and saw Edson behind but he didn’t acknowledge me or simply say “I’ll be right with you.” After standing there for a few minutes he finally asked if I needed help and his body language made it seem like I was troubling him. This kind of poor service has never been my experience here. He simply said I don’t know what the status is since we’re just so busy today. I waited again for another 15 min and checked in with Edson. He sat at counter and waived me over and said I know what’s wrong with your car now. So not only did he not greet me, had me wait about 3 hours, I had to checked in myself a few times just to out what was going on, he also did not have the courtesy to approach me. I did get a loaner car after that and my car problem was fixed so was happy about that and why I can give this visit 2 stars. what is the point of a 9:30am appt if I need to wait 3 hrs just to find out what’s wrong. The actual fix took less than 2.5 hrs. More
