My Experience was excellent, while I origanally, purchased an Outback, I found in less than a month it was not a fit for me. I came back to the dealer and worked with Edgar the Asst. sales manager a purchased an Outback, I found in less than a month it was not a fit for me. I came back to the dealer and worked with Edgar the Asst. sales manager and was able to trade it for a Crosstrek. I just wish I had really done my home work, and realized the Outback was too big for me. other than that. I had a wonderful experience with the entire team!!!! Highly recommend this dealership! More

ALL STAFF at Sierra Subaru are friendly and helpful. Dominique showed me all of the different features in my new car which was extremely helpful since I did not want to read the entire manual. This is my first Subaru and it comes with so many hidden features which are beyond cool. Like the sport mode which I used on my way home to pass a porsche Taycan, lol. Dominique then handed me a $25 gift card for gas from Chevron. I love how this vehicle comes with two sets of car mats and a trunk orgsnizer.... Overall my experience was outstanding, zero complaints. I also told my best friend about the great deal and 1.9% financing rate and she drove down from Coachella Valley to purchase a vehicle as well.
