I would say that they have poor customer service. One employee in particular cuts you off when you talk. He seems to be racist. Be ware to anyone going there. I recently was told by service that my ‘22 RAV4a defective radio/MMI right after the warranty expired. After opening a case. Toyota customer care honored my warranty and Rt 44 Toyota got it installe defective radio/MMI right after the warranty expired. After opening a case. Toyota customer care honored my warranty and Rt 44 Toyota got it installed quickly as soon as the part arrived. I have been a long time customer, and will continue to be one. More
