My advice to you: always value your customers and make them feel appreciated. The first step to achieving this is through employee training. Well-trained and knowledgeable employees improve customer satisfaction and help maintain the company’s reputation. Remember, customer experience is the most valuable investment a business can make. The only thing that made me happy throughout the process was the refreshments in your office. My children enjoyed them and were happy. Also, the employee handling our paperwork was very friendly and tried to assist us. However, at the end of the day, I had a service experience with no results. More
