All they want is your money and to sell you a vehicle. I tried to get in contact with any of the following people the owner and founder. The general manager the sales manager I talked to six different emp I tried to get in contact with any of the following people the owner and founder. The general manager the sales manager I talked to six different employees all saying someone we get back to me. This is during a hurricane on the west coast, where and when I needed their help and assistance! I never heard from anybody. ABSOLUTELY NO CALL BACK! Extremely disappointed, they were gung ho managers were available when I was purchasing the vehicle after they got my money they don't care whatsoever. They sell it and no support and no service after the fact absolutely would not buy anything here the fact that five different employees gave me their word that somebody would call me back and nobody did. I also left numerous voicemails and all of the above mentioned voice mails. So Craig Zinn, Tony Stampone, Vladimir Keslin, André.Armani and John Wirshing you should all be ashamed and embarrassed. You and your sales team finance team look at people make promises present yourselves as caring and you'll be there when the owner needs you later. You just want the money you've proved that.! Absolutely would never buy a car from there would not recommend it and I've bought 30+ vehicles in my lifetime. It is the worst experience and worst support I've ever received from any dealership anywhere. They are the poster management team of a car sales men joke. The dealership is a joke! Promise everything and they deliver absolutely nothing, 16 phone calls and not 1 call back. Truly you feel robbed angerufen and taken advantage of after purchasing a vehicle from the dealership. More
