Eddy was very thorough during the process after I casually walked in to look at a vehicle I was interested in. That vehicle was sold that morning but right after I left the dealership he called to t casually walked in to look at a vehicle I was interested in. Interesting story…. I cruised into the Infiniti dealership for a service call in 2022. While window shopping , I met Eddy. He was friendly, professional and not the least bit pushy when I told him I wasn’t in the market to purchase. But you know what, Eddy followed up for over 3 years, checking in to see how I was doing. So when my car finally died, I knew just who to call. Eddy got us a great deal and made the whole car buying experience fun. He also followed up after the service too.
