My husband and I had an amazing experience at the Mazda dealership, all thanks to Eddie U! He was super cool, and not pushy. From the moment we walked in, he helped make us comfortable. (And bonus, he wasn dealership, all thanks to Eddie U! He was super cool, and not pushy. From the moment we walked in, he helped make us comfortable. (And bonus, he wasn't even scared when I hit the turbo.) What we appreciated the most was how he went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with my purchase, even checking in with me after I drove off the lot and surprising me with a custom Mazda first aid kit (I was on the hunt for one). If you're looking for a car, go see Eddie. He made the entire experience enjoyable, which I was not expecting. I couldn't be happier with my new Mazda. Five stars for Eddie all the way! Scratch that, make it six stars!!! More

I test drove car which I liked very much, unfortunately was on a Friday late and wanted to finance through my credit union. I was told I could put $500 down to hold as a non refundable if I didn’t buy but was on a Friday late and wanted to finance through my credit union. Then at last minute “sales manager supposedly says that is not an option and have to buy now due to holiday weekend coming up” So we decide ok with market way it is I didn’t want this car to slip away and went with different lender to close deal. After that decision sales person came back and said car hadn’t gone through inspection yet so won’t be ready until Tuesday or Wednesday. My car wasn’t ready until following Friday, communication was terrible, and just overall process was terrible but I really liked car and still do. More
