Absolutely disappointing experience. From the moment I walked in, the sales rep seemed more interested in making a quick sale than actually helping. He quoted me a wildly inflated price right off the bat, just an absurd number he seemed to pull out of thin air. The man is borderline rude. Buying a car is usually one of the most stressful and overwhelming purchases you can make, but working with Naiym completely changed that experience for me. From the moment I walked onto the lot, I felt overwhelming purchases you can make, but working with Naiym completely changed that experience for me. From the moment I walked onto the lot, I felt seen, heard, and respected — not just as a potential sale, but as a person. Naiym is truly in a league of his own when it comes to customer service, product knowledge, and professionalism. First off, Naiym isn’t pushy at all. That was one of my biggest fears going into the dealership. I’ve dealt with car salespeople before who barely let me breathe before throwing numbers and pressure at me. Naiym was the opposite. He greeted me with a smile, took the time to ask what I was looking for, and actually listened to my needs. He didn’t try to upsell me or convince me to look at cars out of my budget — instead, he worked with me to find a vehicle that made sense for me financially and lifestyle-wise. He was incredibly knowledgeable about every model I looked at — from safety ratings and gas mileage to hidden features I wouldn’t have noticed myself. He made sure I understood what I was getting, down to the warranty and maintenance packages, without any confusing jargon. What really impressed me was that if he didn’t know the answer to something, he was honest about it and found out immediately — no bluffing or beating around the bush. The test drive process was smooth, and he never once made me feel rushed or like I was wasting his time. He encouraged me to really get a feel for the car, even telling me what to look and listen for while driving it. I genuinely felt like I had a trusted advisor in the passenger seat, not a salesman trying to close a deal. When it came time to talk numbers, Naiym broke everything down clearly — no hidden fees, no bait-and-switch tactics. He walked me through my financing options, explained every line on the quote, and worked hard to get me the best deal possible. I appreciated how transparent and patient he was during this part of the process — especially because car financing can feel overwhelming. Even after I bought the car, Naiym followed up with me to make sure everything was going smoothly. He checked in a few days later to see if I had any questions and even reminded me about my first scheduled maintenance. That kind of follow-through shows how much he genuinely cares about his customers and stands behind the service he provides. More
