Phenomenal Experience **Drop the mic and walk away*** The title speaks for itself. As I have followed Eddie from his previous dealership, I kind of knew what to expect, well at least I thought so. Eddie i The title speaks for itself. As I have followed Eddie from his previous dealership, I kind of knew what to expect, well at least I thought so. Eddie is a very personal person which is why I followed him. I was not there 30 minutes before he introduced everyone that would be involved in buying our new car. Even though Tony looks like he was a mobster from sopranos, his and Eddies personality and sense of humor helped us get through the long process. I can say, when Tony told me "don't worry I will take care of you", I turned to my wife and said "should I be worried that a mobster said "he's" going to take care of me" and her response was "No, you have life insurance". I though Eddie was going to fall out of chair laughing. It got to the point that when Tony would come back with new offers from banks, it was delivered with a saying of "bada bing, bada boom". The laughing and cutting up really help time fly and made the experience perfect. Eddie is a very honest guy and speaks the truth. There were a few questions I did ask, he did not know the answers, but instead of BSing me with a sales pitch, he went and got me the answers. That right there speaks high of his character. Many people, including myself, dislike sales people for the sole fact that they tell you what you want to hear. Eddie is straight up honest with you and doesn't mislead. As we wanted a higher end Pilot, with him knowing my credit/finances, he directed us down to what we would be able to afford and what the bank would approve. That just proves that he wants the best for his customers, and is not worried about his cut of the sale. Happy customers will increase your volume in sales and Eddie knows this. This is why he is great at what he does. I will continue to contact Eddie in the future anytime we need a vehicle or know of someone that needs a vehicle. He is just that awesome. More
