He loves his job! BUT.... The experience with Finance person... was not as good. He tried to be funny but it did not worked out on him, also he was very pushy on his finance and warranty options, even on those I that I was not interested. In addition, we felt forced to options that I did not wanted. That is not fair for the customers. DEALER... at the time we came in, there were not many options on colors. Management only offered based on the current stock, And did not offer to look for alternatives or choices elseware. More

His confident, encouraging attitude helped calm my fears of a lone female dealing with a car salesman! THANK YOU, EDDIE! Eddie went above & beyond to accommodate my time constraints...but the whole process took much, much, much too long...! Heather DeBerry handled my insurance questions clearly and carefully without making me feel uninformed, and offered suggestions which have proven informative and worthwhile. Each of the other dealership staff I encountered were--to a person--helpful, friendly, positive, and professional! (The Sales Manager is a snappy dresser too!) Other than the length of time issue, the only other thing I would ding them on is: be clear about the difference between a "bumper-to-bumper" vs. "powertrain" warranty and what the dealership offers to help a new (used) owner to cover that gap. Note to the auto detailers: Look UP. The sun visors needed to be cleaned. Look DOWN: the bottom of the center console and door-side pockets may need to be cleaned.... The rest of the car was immaculate--inside & out! More
