My new Car !! When i first turned into the Dealership i was really skeptical and withdrawn because i was a first time buyer. Eddie was the first person my mom and i When i first turned into the Dealership i was really skeptical and withdrawn because i was a first time buyer. Eddie was the first person my mom and i had seen, inviting us with a friendly smile. He soon got to listening to our preferences for a vehicle and quickly knew what we needed. My experience was amazing, i never thought that i would have such a great time at a car dealership,they really made me feel like family. I love my car ! Thank you Honda and Thank you Eddie ! More

Customer satisfaction The wife and I were looking into seeing about getting another car with lower payments, as we didn’t know exactly what we couldn’t and could do to achi The wife and I were looking into seeing about getting another car with lower payments, as we didn’t know exactly what we couldn’t and could do to achieve the goal. We visited Brandon Honda and we decided to look into a odessy after considering what we had and what needed. After sitting down Monday night we knew what we could do as far as options. We thought about it over night, and advised what we needed to accomplish of getting the vehicle on Tuesday. We’ll after 5 hours of background processing we concluded that we can get the new vehicle with our terms. Come to find out on Wednesday to fill paperwork that things has changed of the purchase. When things didn’t look as we had thought on Tuesday, Mr. Mohammed looked into it further, not know exactly what transpired Monday and Tuesday, Mohammed step in and said “after everything that has happen, how can I bring your smile back?” I answer simple... “the wife and I would like the agreement from Tuesday night in order to get the vehicle”... after he looked at what happen Tuesday... he came back and said “if that’s what made you comfortable and agreed to get the vehicle then that’s what we will agree, give me a moment to make sure we win on both ends... as a business and for you as a consumer... five minutes later ... a hand shake and a “congratulations” .... Mr. Mohammed honored his side of the business that made us agree to the terms to purchase the vehicle. That’s what I call customer satisfaction... Thank you!!! More
