I am revising my previous review. My payoff for my old vehicle was not mailed by payoff date. When I inquired they sent me a tracking label and now we are 2 days later and the payme My payoff for my old vehicle was not mailed by payoff date. When I inquired they sent me a tracking label and now we are 2 days later and the payment still has not been sent into UPS for mailing. The tracking says “label created, estimated delivery date will appear when we get the package.” I have called for 2 days asking for them to get this payment mailed off with no resolve. Eddie was great but once you sign those papers you are no longer their priority. I now regret going back even though we have bought several cars here from Eddie. More
