Went in due to an issue with Uconnect radio. Quickly discovered the issue, which required ordering a new radio completely. Once the radio arrived, it was installed quickly. My service advisor, Eddie, wa discovered the issue, which required ordering a new radio completely. Once the radio arrived, it was installed quickly. My service advisor, Eddie, was courteous and ensured my daughter was able to get a ride to pickup our vehicle when the work was completed. Eddie answered my calls quickly and got me in and out pretty fast. I took my truck in for the EGR recall and they changed my oil as well (lifetime oil changes). It was about as painless as it can be.
