I am thrilled to say that I am now the proud owner of a 2024 Toyota Rava Hybrid XLE! I recently had to replace my 2007 Toyota Camry after 17 years of ownership and no car loan. I was dreading the car buying process, but my experience at Conicelli dealership was surprisingly pleasant. The salesman, Mr. Eddie Ghobadian, along with sales managers Manny Mann and Angel Ramos, and the Reyan Echon, Finance Manager were all very helpful and made the process as smooth as possible. I appreciated their professionalism and willingness to answer all of my questions. Overall, I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new car. Special thanks to Mr. Eddie Ghobadian for his exceptional service and for being so welcoming during my recent visit to Conicelli dealership. I truly appreciated his kindness and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure that my car buying experience was a positive one. Conicelli Toyota is no better than any dishonest used car dealer. It started when they sent a “temporary” VIN number with the quote they sent for the car I was ordering. Be careful with this temporary VIN be dealer. It started when they sent a “temporary” VIN number with the quote they sent for the car I was ordering. Be careful with this temporary VIN because if you are in PA you need to have insurance when you pick up the car, and if you insured the temporary VIN, and they give you a car with a different VIN, your insurance company can deny a claim if you do not have the correct VIN number on the policy. Something I found out on my own when I compared the VIN on the vehicle with what was insured. I would be okay if that were the only problem. When I purchased the car they asked for a deposit. We agreed to the deposit, I gave them my credit card and they checked it while we were on the phone. All good, right? They did not take the deposit, and I am left with the understanding that the deposit was paid. When I showed up at the dealer, they were having trouble finding my deposit, but came out and said it was ok. What they did was commit fraud. Conicelli Toyota unilaterally decided that I still owed the deposit and without my knowledge or approval, stole the money from my credit card account. Charging my credit card for the deposit without telling me is dishonest, stealing and fraud. Someone needs to be fired before they get Conicelli sued. If that isn’t enough there’s more. When I received the original quote I was given an agreed upon amount, with the $2,500 non negotiable fee added to the quote they sent me earlier in the evening. I asked about the fee and they said they tacked it on as the “delivery premium” and refused any negotiation. So now my transaction is handed to a normal sales person Eddie. So I am anxiously waiting for my car to be built and delivered. The day the car arrives, Eddie calls and tells me that it is ready. I ask him the out of the door price to validate that it is the same as I was quoted. He said he would check and call me back. That should have been my first suspicion. When he calls back he gives me a price that is higher then the original quote. I read him what I was sent and he says “I can work with that.” I think we’re good and I go to pick up the car, and there on the paperwork is the higher price he gave me on the phone. Thank goodness I had the same original quote we talked about a day ago on paper. He took his paperwork to another room and came back with agreed to amount. It felt slimy that He brought out paperwork with the higher cost quote that we already addressed the day before. So what should have been a positive experience purchasing a new expensive car, ended up being an extremely stressful and disappointing nightmare. I can say two things after this: think twice before giving any business to Conicelli and I will not be returning to Conicelli for any future purchases or service. More
