RICK KELSTROM has been my service rep since my first visit to that dealership. There aren't enough positive words to praise Rick. I totally trust his advice and know that he will assure that I am kept informed and comfortable during my wait while my car is serviced in his department. It is because of Rick Kelstrom that I am totally loyal to the Hoffman Estates Audi dealer. As a result, it was there that I went to purchase my new 2018 Q3 quattro a week ago. EDDIE DURANOVIC was my salesman, and his patience and sense of humor made the experience actually fun. It was a completely no-pressure shopping experience. If I have questions I can't resolve myself about my Q3, I know that Eddie and/or Rick will, with a smile, gladly come to my aid. More

Excellent shopping and purchasing experience My family member had identified an encouraging used Honda CRV on their CarFax internet listings. From the very start, Specialist Sabina Numanovic was My family member had identified an encouraging used Honda CRV on their CarFax internet listings. From the very start, Specialist Sabina Numanovic was especially helpful and informative, as well as cooperative and considerate of our thoughts and requests. That outstanding assistance continued through our visit to inspect the car - and happily through the purchase of the CRV. We found everyone at the dealership to be helpful and supportive vs the unfortunately more common "pushy" and "sales games" dealerships (including recent reminders in the last few weeks from our visits to a few other dealerships during our search). And again, Sabina made the extra efforts to meet our informational and scheduling requests. That was especially appreciated since, although I am in Chicago, my family member schedules visits to Chicago (from Michigan) based on work requirements. Sabina also had the closing and drive-away very well, very nicely organized. I have bought many cars and have also helped multiple family members in their searches. No one has surpassed our purchasing experience at your dealership. As a result, we will definitely refer friends and family. WD More

I was treated with respect and given the same attention to my questions and concerns in my PJs as I was when I came back in general attire. I worked with the same sales guy both times and had an amazing experience with both him and the finance manager. I will be buying another car for this dealership soon. I had an amazing experience thank you. More
