He really goes above and beyond to learn the specific needs of his clients, and is just so friendly and really gets to know you on a personal level. Eddie is so wonderful I wish he were actually a personal friend of mine. You mention something you might want/need and he gets right on it and gets right back to you in no time. If anyone ever needed to purchase a vehicle I would absolutely recommend this place. My service has been done by Scott most of the time, I actually went in yesterday for an oil change and my lost pair of car keys came back to me! It was such a pleasant surprise. My car also drove a lot smoother than it did before the oil change and that was nice too. Scott is always friendly and nice and remembers you and asks detailed questions about your car's condition! You really feel like you have a group of friends here. Fantastic experience overall! Thank you Audi Hoffman Estates! More

Night and day - difference in dealers We ended up in Hoffman Estates after two fails at other Audi dealers. The first had us with a nice-enough guy who didn't know much about the car we w We ended up in Hoffman Estates after two fails at other Audi dealers. The first had us with a nice-enough guy who didn't know much about the car we were interested in (a Q5) or what they had in stock. We then went to the South suburbs after getting a response from my email inquiry about two cars shown on their website. The response said both cars were IN STOCK (all caps). They weren't. None of the alternative explanations made any sense. So, we called Hoffman Estates and talked to Eddie. The Q5 was sitting out in front and all ready for us. Eddie seemed to know everything about the tech features - and there was a lot to know about. After a stress free talk about price and trade in, we were driving home in our new Q5. Thanks to Eddie and the Hoffman Estates dealership for doing things the right way. More
