This dealership was awesome. No high pressure sales tactics. The sales person was not over zealous in contacting me. Pricing for both the new vehicle and trade were better than fair. The service was excellent but slower than usual. The bad rating is due to the lack of masks and the antagonism from GM Brian when this was pointed out. It's a lack of respect and this will still fall on his rating is due to the lack of masks and the antagonism from GM Brian when this was pointed out. It's a lack of respect and this will still fall on his sad Trumpy ears. The worse part was saying that they are all fine. They will be fine until someone is not. When sales employees walk through service, don a mask. It appears to be a macho thing. All the women wear masks, and maybe 1/3 of the men. We felt unsafe. This comes from the top and the GM needs to be removed. This reflects bad on the brand. More

Eddie Duranovic is perfect to work with. We have now purchased four cars from him. All I need to do is call him before we visit to tell him what cars we want to look at, and he has the vehicles clean, purchased four cars from him. All I need to do is call him before we visit to tell him what cars we want to look at, and he has the vehicles clean, ready, and sitting out front for us to look around. Eddie also makes sure we get a fair and honest price, plus his the first car salesmen I've met who knows his way around the infotainment system. He understands the car's specifications. Not always an easy thing with some of the MMI older systems!" "THANK YOU, EDDIE" I would also like to thank the other Eddie in finance, who is also excellent to work with; again, no fussing around gets the job done. More
