Before we committed to purchasing the car, Eddie agreed to allow us to get a second opinion from our personal mechanics, Franzen and Son in Algonquin. I really trust the expertise there. The car passed inspection, no surprises. Unlike our experience with Elgin Toyota. They tried to sell us a Rav-4 that they said had passed their inspection. We took it to Franzen and he reported that the transmission was bad, the battery was leaking acid and the worst was that the check engine light had been altered so it wasn’t reading a known and expensive fix for that car. We were appalled. So glad we found this professional Audi dealership. It was my son’s first car purchase and he learned a lot. Thank you, Eddie for ending his experience on a good note. More
