I had the pleasure of working with Eddie not once but twice. The first time was coming in in due to wanting to lease. Unfortunately, I was unable to walk away with what I came in for. Eddie kept in touch twice. The first time was coming in in due to wanting to lease. Unfortunately, I was unable to walk away with what I came in for. Eddie kept in touch in a respectful manner, no pressure, but reaching out to check in with me. After a few weeks, I reached out with some questions on a few cars on the website. Eddie responded kindly, sent photos of cars that did not have photos online. We came in the next Monday after work. He was with a customer, so John took wonderful care of us. After test driving a few cars, we came back inside with a decision. Even though Eddie had a customer, he did come by to check in with us periodically, which meant a lot, and shows his dedication to his customers. We worked with John, Nick and Sean to wrap up and go home with a new car. I can say, I have never had such a good experience, the best customer service at a car dealership before. Hands down I would recommend as well as return to City. Eddie’s kindness, transparency and helpfulness was absolutely why we came back to purchase a new car.
