Recently I purchased a new Crosstrek at Brilliance Subaru. My sales associate was Ed Troike. He was by far the best sales person I have ever worked with going back over 40 years. While waiting for the car to be made/shipped Ed kept me up to date via email and phone on a regular basis. Upon arrival he spent a great deal of time explaining vehicle operation. I picked the car up on a Friday, he called the following Monday to see how things were going, and also called a week after that to see if I has any questions.
