The communication with our sales rep Debbie was great leading up to the dealership visit. She had the vehicle of interest ready for review when we arrived. The vehicle was just as it was described on the website, the negotiation was pressure free, the dialog was constructive, and we came to an agreement where all parties involved were satisfied. Ed was extremely helpful and accommodating, he assisted where needed to move the deal along. We drove all the way from Delaware and we are pleased that we did. We got there later in the evening, but everyone stayed after hours with no gripes to get the deal done.
