I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership and received Very poor service. I waited more than 1.5 hours to complete my paperwork for the transaction and It has been 64 days since I purchased the v received Very poor service. I waited more than 1.5 hours to complete my paperwork for the transaction and It has been 64 days since I purchased the vehicle and I don’t have my registration or tags. My temporary tags have expired. I am concerned that they never received the title of the vehicle that I purchased. I am no longer dealing with my salesperson, now dealing with sales manager Ed Toto. I have left Ed 2 voicemails and sent him 3 emails and he has not responded. It’s been over two weeks since I heard from him. For me, service starts after the sale and the service that I have received is unacceptable. Buyer beware. More
