Arrive was fast but just a couple things that make me feel uneasy about my service. After my service was completed I had to get a service manager to have a tech relook at my truck as my multi point inspe feel uneasy about my service. My other issue is there is an open safety recall that wasn’t even mentioned to me. I would have left the vehicle there if I would have known about it to get it taken care of. Not sure if I’ll be returning for my next maintenance More

Took van in for a recall. Was greeted right away by friendly staff out in the service aisle. They directed me to my advisor. Kelly was very pleasant and helped me understand what the recall was for, how long the appointment would take, and what to do if my vehicle did not pass. Very informative. Unfortunately my vehicle needs the recall ( no fault on the dealership ) . I just have to wait for parts to come in. Great experience today and I will be back to see Kelly. More

I had a recall on my GC L . . ED in the serv department got ahold of me. Let me know about the issue. I was in the next day. They fixed everything so quickly.. I got my car back . I didn't even know about the recall. I am thankful to Golling for reaching out to keep me and my family safe. I would recommend Golling to anyone. Dewan was exceptional during the whole experience.
