I generally receive good service at Rockville Audi. The service agents are kind, responsive and knowledgeable. What makes me absolutely crazy is that it is impossible to reach the service department by The service agents are kind, responsive and knowledgeable. What makes me absolutely crazy is that it is impossible to reach the service department by phone!! No one pcks up! I don't get it! In the luxury car market I would think they would NEED to go above and beyond for servcie and I'm not seeing that at all. Note: I dont see my service person on the drop down list so I am just checking off anyone. More

Rockville Porsche Audi Maintenance Audis are excellent examples of fine German automotive engineering, and if you take care of them, they will last quite a while. I drive a 2004 Audi TT Audis are excellent examples of fine German automotive engineering, and if you take care of them, they will last quite a while. I drive a 2004 Audi TT quattro with a six-speed stick that folks still stop to ask me about how I like my "new Audi." Thanks to the service department at Rockville Porsche Audi, it runs just as well at 115,000 miles as it did when I drove it off the lot fourteen years ago. The key is genuine parts and factory certified mechanics - properly maintaining an Audi isn't cheap, but at RPA you certainly get what you pay for. More

Joe Nowlin is the Best I recently started a quest to find an Audi convertible. I told Joe specifically what I was looking for and that I was not in a hurry. Lo and behold, t I recently started a quest to find an Audi convertible. I told Joe specifically what I was looking for and that I was not in a hurry. Lo and behold, two short weeks later, he called me and asked me to come in and test drive the car I was looking for. I did not think I would get the exact color I wanted, but somehow he was able to find that for me as well. I found him to be very honest and straightforward and a pleasure to do business with. When I told him I did not want some of the dealer options offered me, he did not put the hard sell on. I will have no problem recommending Joe and Rockville Audi to my family and friends. More
