Called the service director in reference to work that was supposed to be done on my vehicle. He said he would call me back with in the hour and this is what the service writer told me yesterday. In 1999 I was so lucky to have discovered this dealer. Between 1999 and 2012; I purchased 4 new vehicles from Coleman. I live within walking distance of serviced all of my vehicles. The sales experience, the quality of the service was always top notch. If there was an issue in service, it was handled. I cannot say anything was unsatisfactory at Coleman. However; I no longer own any GM vehicles not because Coleman caused a problem, but actually Mary Barra caused the problem. Mary Barra refused to warrant an issue that should have been covered under the GMPP, and then when the repair was covered by my auto insurance, Mary Barra refused to cover my $250 deductible. Drew Coleman offered to cover the deductible, but I refused to accept his offer. The folks at Coleman do the right thing. More
