Our experience with Dylan was excellent even though he shared the fact that he was relatively new in car sales at Bill Utter. He was accommodating when different cars were needed for us to inspect. He kep shared the fact that he was relatively new in car sales at Bill Utter. He was accommodating when different cars were needed for us to inspect. He kept in contact with answers to our questions and when he would be available at the dealership. Late in the day he needed to leave for a doctor’s appointment just before we were able to get back in to finish up paperwork and he gave us a heads up. At that time, he turned us over to his partner, Patrick, who he assured us was a very knowledgeable and friendly salesman. Dylan was right. Patrick was another amazing salesman who went above and beyond. We were just as comfortable with Patrick finishing up what Dylan had started and it was seamless. It was evident they had full trust in each other to treat their customers as their own. When we were turned over to the Finance Manager, it was a continuation of friendly, helpful and knowledgeable information. Dylan also was very patient helping us set up some of the tech things that some 75 year olds have trouble dealing with. In summary - Dylan treated us like we were his grandparents and Patrick seemed like helpful, generous Uncle. Dylan handled the sales end of things like a seasoned salesperson. He will continue to be an asset for your company. You can’t expect any more of this Bill Utter FORD Team ! Thanks for everything and this will be our FORD Dealer going forward. Karen L. More

I had a great experience with this dealership till I got to the financial kid. I told him 3 times I did not want their warranty we signed paperwork on a screen. To be honest thought numbers were too night. to the financial kid. I told him 3 times I did not want their warranty we signed paperwork on a screen. To be honest thought numbers were too night. However, I did not see paperwork till today. They charged me $4500.00 for warranty which matched my down payment. To be fair I did not discover this till 9 months later as paperwork was done on digital screen folded put in envelope. What makes me mad is That I said repeatedly I did not want. Guys look at your paperwork very careful they will screw you! No way warranty matches my downpayment. More
