William had patience with me and all my question. Very pleasant to work with. Jenkins Kia dealer has great people working for them. Everyone was respectful and very easy to deal with. Great place! Everyone you come in contact with, takes the time to say hello with a smile. The service department is great. The service advisors are very knowledgeable. I took my suv in for a oil change, tire rotation, part of my service contract i have. Devin is my advisor, he treated us exceptionally as usual. No fault to him I told him about a problem I noticed, he of my service contract i have. Devin is my advisor, he treated us exceptionally as usual. No fault to him I told him about a problem I noticed, he had John Master tech I prefer working on my vehicle scan it. John scanned, and drove it. When we left the abs light came on in the parking lot and then went off. We decided to just proceed to head home and the light came on as well as my brakes were engaging on their own. I immediately called Devin and explained what was going on as we headed back to the dealership. John scanned it again because all the lights were now on for traction control, abs, check engine. John found that the hydraulic pump went in my 2022 Seltos with 20,464. Thankfully there was a loaner to use since the part isnt in stock. We laughed because my 2020 Soul needed a motor at 24,000 miles. I asked to have my "curse" lifted. We even joked about it with Timmy Torres our salesman. He sold us all our vehicles. The staff that we have dealt with over the last 7 years have treated us like family. Everyone that we know always enjoys seeing my service dog when I come it. They go out of their way to greet us and see if we need anything while we wait. Including Dave Donaldson, Ed Fasano, Brandon, Daniel and John the tech. Thanks again for a great experience. More

Service for a warranty issue was exceptional. Devin took excellent care of me while I waited for approval of the repair. Took 2.5 hours,but he kept me posted. I happen to know the guys in the P Devin took excellent care of me while I waited for approval of the repair. Took 2.5 hours,but he kept me posted. I happen to know the guys in the Parts Dept, they also made sure I was comfortable waiting as well. Ed even got water for my service dog Remington. Warranty work was approved and work was completed and we were on our way home. Spending the whole day at the dealership wasn't terrible. More
