The work was completed within the promised time frame once we finally got an appointment. The leather contractor called about the appointment before the service center called. Since there were several c once we finally got an appointment. The leather contractor called about the appointment before the service center called. Since there were several communication gaps, we reported to the manager. When in the service center to pick it up, Ed made a point of telling us he did call 'numerous times'. If he did, he never left messages. Service work was great. Communication needs improvement. More
