This is our second subaru and the overall experience was better than our first purchase @ a different dealership. I did not feel pressured, and our needs were met. I feel we were given a very competitive and very good/fair deal. It was close to great but when it comes to purchasing cars my personal feelings are car prices can never be classified as great. I did some comparison shopping but not as much as with my previous subaru purchase. Everyone was pleasant and personable, and even the owner took time to speak with us during the process. The general manager stepped in initially after we had a brief wait on arrival instead of allowing us to wait longer for a salesman to be available. I have walked into other dealerships and not been acknowledged for way too long, so that impressed me. He worked out the details that made us feel good about trading in and upgrading to a 2013, and made us feel he wanted to sell us a car. We usually buy and keep our cars longer and were exploring upgrading after three years for the first time. I feel confident we have made the correct decision and both parties gained from it. More

We had a wonderful experience in purchasing our 2012 Subaru Outback! Upon arrival at the dealership we were greeted in a friendly, but non-pushy mannner. At some dealerships, you cannot even get our of Subaru Outback! Upon arrival at the dealership we were greeted in a friendly, but non-pushy mannner. At some dealerships, you cannot even get our of your car before a salesman is approaching you! Our salesman, Gary Thomsen, was very thorough in explaining the features of the Outback and was very patient in answering all of our questions. He has a wonderful sense of humor as well. Mike Ward,the general sales manager, was also very helpful in answering our questions and phone calls. He quickly obtained the vehicle that we wanted. We had our new Outback in our driveway in 5 days-start to finish! Mike also has agreat sense of humor! Ed Chen,the business manager, was very thorough and patient in explaining the financial end of the purchase. We had not purchased a new car in 14 years, so we had quite a few questions! Joe Blichfeldt, is a very nice man and treats his employees with kindness and respect,so important especially nowadays. My husband especially enjoyed talking with him.
