New Vehicle Purchase I was in the market to purchase a vehicle and happened to drive into Quality Subaru's lot. I was greeted by Ralph Aguino. He was not at all pushy and I was in the market to purchase a vehicle and happened to drive into Quality Subaru's lot. I was greeted by Ralph Aguino. He was not at all pushy and he was very patient. I was actually interested in a used Subaru Outback. Ralph asked some questions on what I was looking for in a vehicle. I was looking for power with good gas mileage. Ralph was very knowledgeable. about the vehicle and advised me to take one of the new 2015 Outbacks out for a ride and suggested the 4 cylinder. He was right, I was amazed at the power on the 2015 versus the previous models. Then I wasn't sure of the color. It was either tungsten or white. We chose tungsten and then called later and changed our minds to white. My spouse and I, were to say the least a little difficult on making up our minds. Ralph was very understanding and very accommodating. I would recommend Quality Subaru and Ralph in a heart beat. They took their time with us and asked the right questions to put us in a vehicle that fulfilled our needs. We were even granted the rate we were looking for on our financing, thanks to Ed Chen (Business Manager). We are extremely happy with our new Outback and the service at Quality Subaru. From our initial contact with Kristen, via email, through the sales process with Mark and Mike to the final paperwork with Ed, we experienced a professional and friendly process. Mark answered all of our questions about the 2015 Legacy, explaining the keyless entry, NAV system and general operational aspects of the car. He also synced our iPhones and garage door openers. The entire sales experience was pleasant, without any pressure at all. We have only had the car for a week, but absolutely love it so far. I would highly recommend Quality Subaru and their great staff. More

Great Buying Experience I knew my next car would be a Subaru. The only question was from whom I would purchase it. Were Actually Invested in Helping First Time Buyer I was a first time buyer and my experience at Quality Subaru could not have been better. I had a particularly complicated set of needs: very specific I was a first time buyer and my experience at Quality Subaru could not have been better. I had a particularly complicated set of needs: very specific make and model demands, credit history pock-marked with many moves and addresses, and most difficult of all, I needed to register the car in Alaska, where I'd be driving to start a new job just a few days after purchasing the car. Chris, Ed, and I suspect others, too, went above and beyond to make this happen, and in a way that was both pleasant and financially optimal for me. I cannot emphasize enough how comfortable my family and I were working with Chris Carey to make sure the car I ended up buying would meet my needs: he was friendly, honest, well informed, and very, very patient with this first-time buyer's many questions. Likewise, Business manager Ed Chen helped get me a fantastic financing package on top of all the extra paperwork they had to go through to make sure I wouldn't encounter problems driving a newly purchased car across the continent. Having had practically no experience buying a car this could perhaps all be chocked up to naivte, but both of my parents--veteran car buyers and leasers--were impressed with both the amicability, professionalism, and care with which my purchase was handled. Cannot recommend highly enough. To top it off, I have a lightly used manual Subaru hatchback with ~10K miles I'm confident I can make it from Connecticut to Alaska with in the days ahead. More

Her email communication was very efficient and useful, and one of the reasons that this is one of the dealerships I approached. She is a very personable and funny young woman. I wasn't nervous or preparing for a contest, but if I had been, she would have put me in a good frame of mind. Chris Carey sold us our Impreza. It was almost like buying a car from one of your cousins! He was very earnest in making certain that we were getting what we wanted, and were happy with the deal. The one misunderstanding that we did have, he worked through very professionally, and I felt he was quite sincere. Everybody has to make a living, so he isn't giving anything away, but we felt he was just as concerned with a happy customer as with getting our money. Ed Chen did our paperwork. Another cousin! He was extremely competent, and we actually had a good time talking with him as he went through the process. We don't usually go for extended warranties, because we don't buy what we don't understand. But Ed went through the pluses and minuses with us very carefully and logically (even using visual aids!), and without pressure, so that we felt good about it, especially at the discount he was able to offer. A pleasure to watch a pro at work! All in all, a good deal, and a good experience! More
