2017 Subaru Forester Being satisfied past Subaru owners, my wife and I visited 3 area Subaru dealerships. We had never gone car shopping at Quality Subaru but now we wish Being satisfied past Subaru owners, my wife and I visited 3 area Subaru dealerships. We had never gone car shopping at Quality Subaru but now we wish we had. As soon as we approached the showroom door, the sales manager welcomed us, asked the reason for our visit and promptly found salesman Nick Hammond to take care of us. He was very professional in his approach, asking the right questions, yet not giving us the 3rd degree. We were in a hurry that night and we told him that we just wanted to see what they had available and that we would have to return at another time. He completely understood and did not try to rush or high pressure us. He took some information so that he could work on our deal and we agreed on a day later in the week that he would contact us with some numbers. He called us when he said he would and gave us a few options to consider. We told him that we would need some time to think it over and would get back to him. Again, he was courteous and stressed that he wanted to "earn" our business. He asked if there was anything else he could do and respected our wishes. We came to an agreement on price and went to pickup our new car. Nick greeted us, thanked us for purchasing from Quality Subaru and walked us through every step of the delivery process. He gave us his undivided attention and thoroughly went over the car's features so that before we drove away we felt very comfortable with our new vehicle. Nick did a great job. Ask for him if you should visit Quality Subaru. You will not be disappointed. More

Great Customer Service On Sunday July 3rd we went car shopping after church. We had narrowed down what we wanted, although this was a Subaru dealership they had a Ford Fus On Sunday July 3rd we went car shopping after church. We had narrowed down what we wanted, although this was a Subaru dealership they had a Ford Fusion. We have been a Ford family for some years. So my husband and I checked out the car and at first thought the dealership was closed, it was a holiday weekend. But we tried the door and they were open, or two of the salesmen were there working. I like that they didn't run out to greet us, because if felt like no pressure, but left the ball in our court. Ralph and Mark were great. Ralph took us for a test drive with no boundaries. My husband being that the car was for him drove it. We fell in love. I had an inkling this was the car we would buy especially since I wrote down the VIN number I knew we would need. Ralph and Mark were a team in selling us this car without any pressure. We made an offer, they both agreed and a sale was made. It was pretty painless for such a big purchase. My kudos go to Ralph who made this a breeze. He was professional and kind and helped us through the process. Thanks to Mark and Ed , but Ralph did all the hard work. Ed was good with the paperwork but it was a bit time consuming with additional warranties and the like. All in all a good place to do business with. We absolutely love the car. More
