Nick Hammond helped me immediately and guided me through the entire process -- test driving the car, learning about the features, negotiating finances and, within a few days, leaving with a new vehicle. It was a very easy and very fast process. Unless I have any major issues with the car or parts/services in the coming years with my new vehicle (which I am definitely not anticipating), I can definitely see myself being a returning customer to Nick and to Quality Subaru.
