A good friend of mine recommended Quality Subaru for the purchase of a new car. I was actually not in the market to buy one, but my friend always steered me in the right direction. I traded in a 2011 Subaru Forrester, for a 2018 Subaru Forrester. I am 72 years old and bought my share of vehicles over the years. NEVER! Has it been so easy, (no pressure no judgment). Nicholas Hammond met me at the front door, with his with and good nature. Mike Ward was very friendly and easy going too. One of the things that impressed me the most,is when I saw Nick washing my old license plate front and back with soap and water. The plates had special meaning to me, they belonged to my late wife. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Happy New Subaru Owner When it was time to buy a new car and after deciding to buy a Subaru, we took a trip to Quality Subaru one Saturday just to start looking and seeing w When it was time to buy a new car and after deciding to buy a Subaru, we took a trip to Quality Subaru one Saturday just to start looking and seeing what our options were. We met with Ann Brooks first (sweetest woman) who connected us with Jason Jarkes. Jason took us on a test drive in an Outback. He was incredibly knowledgable in what the car was equipped with and what the car could offer us. It never seemed like a sales pitch or that he was reading off of an info sheet. He knew that we were in the preliminary stages and didn't make us feel like there was any pressure to go sit down and "talk numbers" with him. After that, we shopped around a little and went to a couple of different dealers. Each time we met a new dealer we said we wish we were buying from Jason. After a week or so of some bad experiences and some unfriendly dealers and almost buying a car that wasn't a good fit for us, we went back to Jason. Jason made the process so easy and stress free. We test drove some more cars and he got us in the PERFECT Outback. His professionalism and personality made the whole process fun and less daunting. We feel like we gained a friend in the whole process. It wasn't just Jason, but everyone at Quality is incredibly friendly and helpful and I'm happy we bought our car there. I highly recommend Jason and everyone else at Quality Subaru! More

I had nothing but problems with them and their service results. I decided to go to Quality Subaru to see if they could do to help. Briana greeted me friendly and was extremely helpful, getting my problems resolved. The service team is excellent. One month later I was in a motor vehicle accident totaled that vehicle. I walked out as I just parker the outback did an exceptional job, trading its life for mine. The next day I decided to go back to quality and look to see what they had. Rihanna introduce me to Jayson, and Jayson was an extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly sales associate gave me exactly what I wanted and I now consider them friends. I can’t say enough good things about the product and the people that represent the product quality Subaru. More

Peter primarily he First off, I'm 23 this is my first time purchasing a vehicle from a dealership. I dealt with Peter Jarkes, Mike Ward, and Ed Chen. Peter primarily helped me with purchasing my pre-owned WRX. He was knowledgeable and friendly, while keeping the typical dealership "pushiness" to a minimum. Mike is a sales manager and worked with Jason closely, they both treated me with respect and allowed me to make my own decisions. Ed Chen handled finances, and was extremely personable and upfront about costs. Allowed me to select what warranties/service plans worked well for my position without pushing too much up-sell on to me as a client. Props to finding me a more than acceptable financing rate as a younger buyer of a sports car. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase, and the coverage that came along with it. While I'd recommend any licensed Subaru dealership, I'd urge people to check out Quality Subaru in Wallingford, CT. More
