This dealership was amazing! Had been to multiple dealerships before this one and this one was by far the best! I was in the market for a Bronco Sport Outer Banks, saw this one on line but said it was in transit, Frank contacted me & told me the vehicle was there on the lot!!! Immediately went to Ford Coutry, Frank this one on line but said it was in transit, Frank contacted me & told me the vehicle was there on the lot!!! Immediately went to Ford Coutry, Frank had the vehicle waiting for me up front, I test drove it & loved it!!! Frank also showed me another vehicle because I had a price for what I wanted to spend & this vehicle was more expensive!!! Frank and I believe the gentleman’s name was Melvin went to work and proceeded to work everything out to my satisfaction & amazement!!! It was relatively quick & Ford has a truly happy customer!! Frank then went to work on cleaning and preparing the vehicle to take home! When the financial side was signed the car was waiting for me. I want to recognize Frank & Melvin first and foremost, but also the gentleman who did financial side and the lady who helped me set up the electronic side!! I am sorry I don’t remember their names! Thank you Frank for contacting me so this deal could happen !!! More
