Unexceptable! Was promised vehicle in 2 and 1/2 to 3 hours. Serviceman had my vehicle for 5 hours and unable to repair ABS recall as the light was on. I was told Was promised vehicle in 2 and 1/2 to 3 hours. Serviceman had my vehicle for 5 hours and unable to repair ABS recall as the light was on. I was told by manager, upon pickup, that that issue should’ve been resolved first. Serviceman stated he was unaware and had NO knowledge of that. No communication. He was also rude and sarcastic to me even in front of his manager. Suggest customer service classes. So 5 hours later and no service. Problem not resolved. More

I have not used this Service Center. I received an email telling me that the service on my vehicle had been completed. Given that I had not had service on my vehicle and that the vehicle I received an email telling me that the service on my vehicle had been completed. Given that I had not had service on my vehicle and that the vehicle was in possession I twice called the dealership to find out was going on. When the dealership failed to return both of my phone calls I drove to the dealership to find out what was going on and was told that the email was referring to the "pre delivery" inspection that was done prior to my purchasing the vehicle over two weeks prior. Now I'm being asked to rate the service that I never requested???? I'm starting to get a very bad feeling about Brandon Hyundai and my entire purchase. More
