I have not used this Service Center. I received an email telling me that the service on my vehicle had been completed. Given that I had not had service on my vehicle and that the vehicle I received an email telling me that the service on my vehicle had been completed. Given that I had not had service on my vehicle and that the vehicle was in possession I twice called the dealership to find out was going on. When the dealership failed to return both of my phone calls I drove to the dealership to find out what was going on and was told that the email was referring to the "pre delivery" inspection that was done prior to my purchasing the vehicle over two weeks prior. Now I'm being asked to rate the service that I never requested???? I'm starting to get a very bad feeling about Brandon Hyundai and my entire purchase. More

Absolutely blown away by Brandon Hyundai. We are on vacation in Florida from Canada and they got in us right away to diagnose a check engine light; they were so kind and helpful and made sure We are on vacation in Florida from Canada and they got in us right away to diagnose a check engine light; they were so kind and helpful and made sure we knew what was going on since it was a brand new car (less than a month old). Ensured the fee was covered as it was under warranty, offered us a coffee, water and ice, and even shuttled us to the mall while it was in for service. Even though it sucks we had to spend part of our vacation doing this, it was seamless and the whole dealership was so so nice and welcoming. (Sarasota Hyundai didn’t give us the time of day, told us they couldn’t get us in (in a two week timeframe) just to diagnose the engine light. Wasn’t very personable on the phone and didn’t seem to care at all.) SO THANK YOU BRANDON HYUNDAI!!! More

The customer service from my service advisor was A1 I really have no complaints there , and I did not have to wait all day for my vehicle . The experience was great and I'm sure if I have any other issue really have no complaints there , and I did not have to wait all day for my vehicle . The experience was great and I'm sure if I have any other issues with my car I will certainly be back . Just an overall fantastic job .!! More

Mr. Chris Weiss is very helpful, knowledgeable with any and all questions. He is a very positive man and is a top rated salesman. Total asset to your company. Which is very hard to find these day and all questions. He is a very positive man and is a top rated salesman. Total asset to your company. Which is very hard to find these days. He could definitely help your company train salespeople how to do this job with 100% accuracy. When we left him we had no questions that was not answered. When he told us at the beginning he was there to work for us, he didn’t stray away from those words. More
