After a month without a response all I received was generated email that everyone receives. I tried reaching out to Donavan the manager and never actually talked with him. The only person that answered my call to the dealership was my salesman Alejandro Fonseca. He had changed the story about the key fob. Insead if some lady left with the key fob and would have it returned. He seemed upsdt and mentioned that he told me the suv was a trade and there was only one key. Which was totally false If that were the case I would not have pursued the key fob and waisted my time calling Rick Case Hyundai Plantation Florida or dealing with Alejandro Fonseca. This was my first transaction with Alejandro Fonseca and Rick Case Hyundai Plantation Florida and my last. They don't deserve any stars from me. I would have been better off dealing with Napleton Hyundai West Palm Beach Florida. Thanks Again, Robert McGhie West Palm Beach Florida
