Her communication is quick and her flexibility was greatly appreciated. Working with her it felt less like I had to be sold something, but rather validated on my own observations. She went above and beyond and answered all my questions and if she didn’t have an answer; she’d bring someone who does. From going directly into the service department to get a supervisor to explain my concern, and also how to remedy it. I hope to work with Lesly again in the near future, maybe next time for something a little more sporty with fewer doors. More
