I visited Faulkner Toyota to possibly purchase a used 2021 Jeep Gladiator on Saturday March 25th. I met with the salesman who advised me multiple people were also looking at the Jeep and he was busy maki 2021 Jeep Gladiator on Saturday March 25th. I asked the salesman if he knew anything about the Jeep and he said “I don’t know” My wife and I waited in the lobby looking at other vehicles and we also like the new 4Runner. I was planning on trading a certified Porsche at which time the salesman gave me a trade in price well below the Kelly Blue Book value. He mentioned I paid too much for my Porsche. He treated us as if he was not willing to make a deal. I will not be purchasing any vehicles from this dealership. More
