I usually don’t leave reviews but the way I was treated after spending 43k on a used truck is ridiculous, I bought a truck in July with a warranty they talked me into buying (2k) to give me a little bit of after spending 43k on a used truck is ridiculous, I bought a truck in July with a warranty they talked me into buying (2k) to give me a little bit of sake if anything happen to it. Well here we are couple months and a light keeps popping up on my dash. They told me to bring it in and they would fix it. They diagnosed the issue fixed the issue, next day came back on. So I brought it back and they said they ordered the wrong part be another day, so I bring it back once again they said they fixed it and the next day the same thing keeps happening , after speaking to a service advisor and visiting the shop 30 min away multiple times, they tell me to bring it back. They keep my truck for 3 days and now the service adviser Jeff says it’s something that’s not covered under the warranty and they want $1,700. This place is a scam and I’ll never refer anybody to this “ Family oriented business “ Id rather buy a car from an auction than here ever again. Not to mention they said I wouldn’t receive my truck back until it’s fixed now it’s not covered under my warranty. More

Most dishonest dealership I've ever had the displeasure of doing business with. I traded in a good used truck for a newer used truck. These folks presented it as a vehicle in great shape and everything run of doing business with. I traded in a good used truck for a newer used truck. I contacted the salesman and the dealership could care less as long as they didn't have to pay for the repairs. Stay as far away from these folks as you can. More
