I’m really sorry to read this and even more sorry that your experience with us left you feeling dropped after the sale. That’s not the way we want anyone to feel—your relationship with us should go far beyond signing papers. Thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts. I totally get why you’d feel that way — if we could retroactively adjust the Wood Care package for past purchases, we absolutely would. Unfortunately, the terms can’t be changed after the fact, even with the recent updates.
