However, Fidel Maldonado made the whole experience quite the opposite. He asked me what brought me in and listened to my response, offering to look at options if I was interested. I decided to take his help and he understood all my needs and wants. I’m not a car person, and he did an excellent job keeping each explanation simple instead of trying to confuse me which I greatly appreciated.
